This evidenced based model focuses on identifying emotions, processing the incident and working towards feeling safe, supported to improve symptoms related to stress and trauma.
Cognitive behavioral approaches can also be utilized if your child is experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal behaviors. We want to support you and your child in their healing journey!
Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy: This approach is a strengths-based, evidence supported method to working with family systems when children are experiencing behavioral problems. I provide tools to resolve problems within the family system and strengthen the ability to regulate emotions and behaviors.
